About This Plan

A traditional Craftsman exterior provides enormous curb appeal while the interior floor plan features an abundance of living space. There are approximately 3,000 square feet of living space which include four bedrooms and two plus bathrooms. Exposed rafters, siding and an expansive front porch highlighted with tapered columns on stacked brick create stunning visual interest in the home’s exterior facade. This open concept floor plan is established in the spacious foyer which is flanked by the formal dining and living room and extends into the family room. The enormous family room features a stunning fireplace, built-in cabinetry and a triple window wall overlooking the rear covered porch.
